2024 CABIN RATES
*Weekly reservations require a $75 electric deposit
**Monthly reservations require a $150 electric deposit
Rancher Cabin rate is based on 4 adults and their children under 18 years of age.
• Additional persons: $25 per night / $125 per week / $500 per month
• Maximum 6 adults per cabin
Homesteader Cabin rate is based on 2 adults and their children under 18 years of age.
• Additional persons: $25 per night / $125 per week / $500 per month
• Maximum 4 adults per cabin
Trapper Cabin rate is based on 2 adults and their children under 18 years of age.• Additional persons: $15 per night / $75 per week / $250 per month• Maximum 4 adults per cabin
Cabin check-in time is 2:00 PM / check-out time is 12:00 PM
CABIN RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

All reservations must be paid in full at time of reservation, including electric deposits if applicable.

All reservations for Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay. Holiday weekends are Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.

All reservations for non-Holiday weekends require a 2-night minimum stay.

Cancellation Policy: A 7-day in advance cancellation is required for a refund on all Cabin Rentals.
RENTAL POLICIES

No pets are permitted. If you are renting one of our units, you cannot bring any pets camping with you.

Please note that you are required to bring your own linens for all types of cabins.

No smoking in the cabins or on the porches.

No cooking on the porches of any cabin.

No cooking inside the Rustic Cabins.

No air conditioners may be brought from home.

Cabins must be left clean and undamaged.

You must notify the office upon check-in of anything that you find damaged on arrival.

No open flame of any type inside the cabins.

You will need to provide your own pillows and linens or sleeping bags.
